Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Travel Contract (Rapid Response)

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 8-Week Assignment | No Weekends | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures across a full spectrum of diagnoses, with a heavy emphasis on cardiac imaging
• Conduct IV placement in preparation for nuclear medicine studies
• Operate GE Infinia II imaging equipment in accordance with departmental protocols
• Utilize MedHost EHR and NovaRad PACS systems for documentation and image management
• Provide care to an adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population within a 75-bed acute care facility
• Function as a collaborative, teamwork-oriented member of the Radiology/Nuclear Medicine department

Required Qualifications

• Active CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification required prior to start
• Associate's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in IV placement
• Strong cardiac imaging experience
• Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cardiac QGS/QPS software and processing
• Familiarity with GE nuclear medicine equipment, specifically the Infinia II platform
