Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0545–1815) | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting throughout a 12-hour day shift
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
- Monitor and document patient status, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Adhere to facility dress code and infection control policies, including approved scrub colors and footwear standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3×12 schedule
- Compliance with facility appearance standards: Royal Blue scrubs required; no artificial nails; no Crocs or similar footwear
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or post-acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
