Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Greensboro, NC

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients across varying acuity levels
  • Work rotating weekend shifts (2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6-week schedule)
  • Participate in holiday coverage as needed
  • Float to alternate facility campuses within the health system as required

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license in hand required at time of submission
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
  • ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted)
  • Must be able to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam as part of compliance requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • CPI, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
  • Previous Charge RN experience preferred
  • Level 2 Trauma experience preferred
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
