Job Title

Travel Physical Therapist

Location

Dallas, Texas

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and therapeutic treatments for patients in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings
Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per therapist
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
Float between rehabilitation and acute care units as needed
Document patient progress and clinical notes using Meditech EMR
Participate in weekend rotation (minimum 2 weekend days per 4-week block) and holiday shifts as required

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license (PT) in good standing
Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care
Inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
Current BLS certification
Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Meditech EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

ICU experience
Wound care experience
Positive, collaborative, and proactive communication style
