Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
