Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans within a skilled nursing facility setting
Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients to restore, maintain, or improve functional abilities
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New Jersey
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current NBCOT certification
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare guidelines in a SNF environment
