Job Title

Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
Meet established department objectives while delivering patient-centered care
Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
Active Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification per applicable policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

Two or more years of Physical Therapy experience
