Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 26-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a rehabilitation setting
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
