Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Four 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient populations
Evaluate and treat pelvic health patients as part of a dedicated pelvic floor program
Manage a diverse caseload spanning a broad range of diagnoses and patient populations
Deliver individualized, patient-centered care in alignment with facility standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Oregon Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Demonstrated pelvic floor therapy experience
Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Pelvic floor certification or advanced specialized training
Experience working in a community or critical access hospital setting
