Seasonal Travel RN – NICU (Level IV) | Night Shift (7P–7A)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: July 27, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 42-bed Level IV NICU with a 2:1 and 1:1 patient ratio in a high-acuity neonatal environment
- Operate and monitor advanced equipment including incubators, radiant warmers, high-frequency oscillating ventilation, jet ventilation, servo ventilation, high-flow nasal cannula, and NIPPV
- Manage central lines, PIVs, Foley catheters, chest tubes, and Arctic Sun therapeutic hypothermia systems
- Administer titrated, continuous, and intermittent IV/PO medications with precision and accuracy
- Perform and assist with procedures including intubation, central line placement, PIV insertion, gastric tube placement, lab draws, and sepsis screening
- Document patient care accurately using Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech EMR systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care NICU experience at a Level IV facility
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current PALS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PICU experience for potential float coverage
- Post-surgical care experience in a neonatal or pediatric setting
