Job Title

Registered Nurse – Oncology

Location

Charlottesville, VA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x12 Hours (7:00–19:30) | Every 4th Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an oncology setting, including administration of chemotherapy and biotherapy
Monitor and assess patients receiving infusion therapies, ensuring safety and clinical best practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
Float to local infusion center locations as needed within scope of practice

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or Virginia RN license pending (must be in-hand by the Wednesday prior to start date)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card (copy required at time of submission)
Epic EMR experience
Nursys verification required at time of submittal
BSN preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with cellular therapies, including stem cell transplant and CAR-T therapy
Prior experience in an outpatient or inpatient oncology infusion setting
