Occupational Therapist – Rehab

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
Maintain compliance with all safety, state, and federal regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills focused on improving independence in daily living
Proficient documentation and communication skills
