Job Title

Occupational Therapist - Rehab

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
