Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Location

Corsicana, Texas

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Emergency Department setting
Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5, delivering safe and effective emergency nursing care
Utilize EMR system (Medhost-EDIS) for accurate and timely documentation
Apply clinical knowledge consistent with Level IV Trauma care standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active RN licensure (must meet state requirements)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
Level IV Trauma experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience
Familiarity with Medhost-EDIS or similar emergency department EMR platforms
