Contract, Full-Time, Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established care protocols
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required for the state of Texas
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Must obtain a permanent Texas state license; compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
