Contract | Travel | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 36 Hours per Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: July 20, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 8-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit serving adult and geriatric populations
• Manage and monitor patients with diagnoses including CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and carotid procedures
• Operate and monitor advanced equipment including Impella, IABP, and CRRT
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EHR
• Maintain patient ratios of 2:1 with occasional 1:1 as acuity requires
• Participate in scheduled float rotation and work every other weekend or as needed to meet facility staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Active RN licensure
• Minimum 1.5 years of CVICU experience (post-orientation)
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience with CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and carotid patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex cardiovascular patients
• Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or critical care setting
