Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with established clinical protocols
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule of 40 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
