Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Vermont
- Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Must comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
