Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
Must comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
