Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 13–26 Week Flexible Contract | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Monday–Friday | Open to 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10 schedules; must be available for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Conduct evaluations at a rate of 1 per hour and treatments at a rate of 2 per hour
• Document patient care and progress using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Complete required pre-assignment compliance modules prior to starting the engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) required
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another setting post-clinicals
• Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with high-volume patient caseloads in an outpatient environment
