Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within an outpatient pediatric setting, including evaluation and treatment planning
• Deliver care at a women and children's pavilion campus, supporting a patient population that includes pediatric and maternity-related cases
• Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and continuity of care
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, including potential floating to like units within skill set as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington (must be in-hand)
• NBCOT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Must reside outside of a 50-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient pediatric therapy setting
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center or acute care hospital environments
• Experience working within a women's and children's specialty care setting
