Travel - Outpatient Physical Therapist (Rehab PT)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a mixed patient population in a clinical setting
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations, with complexity-weighted documentation and billing
• Perform 40-minute follow-up treatment sessions with individualized care plans
• Maintain a productivity goal of 70% (approximately 2.7 units per hour)
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using NetHealth/Redoc EMR
• Collaborate with on-site management and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with NetHealth/Redoc EMR platform
• Experience treating a mixed outpatient patient population across a variety of diagnoses and complexity levels
