Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
- Willingness to complete any facility-specific documentation or onboarding requirements prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with contract travel therapy assignments and associated compliance processes
