Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to support patient goals
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA required)
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
