Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 10-Hour Shifts | Friday through Monday

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Deliver patient care during weekend shifts (Friday through Monday)
Float to a secondary location in Brookings as needed
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings
Ability to meet compliance requirements within 2 weeks prior to start date
Flexibility to float between clinic locations as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a rural or critical access healthcare environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple care settings
