Job Title

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Gold Beach, OR

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 10-Hour Shifts | Tuesday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy assistance in an outpatient setting as the primary work environment
Offer occasional inpatient coverage as needed
Occasional float to a secondary location to support staffing needs
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to practice in Oregon
Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
Ability to provide inpatient coverage when required
Ability to meet compliance requirements within a strict two-week pre-start deadline

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with both outpatient and inpatient therapy environments
Flexibility to float to additional clinic locations as needed
