Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient rehabilitation goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Current, active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New Hampshire
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong communication and documentation skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
