Job Title

MRI Technologist (Mobile & Main)

Location

Charleston, SC

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Perform MRI imaging as a Mobile MRI Tech on Fridays until 5:00 PM, then transition to the main MRI department from 5:00 PM through end of shift
Operate as a Main MRI Technologist on Saturdays and Sundays for full 12-hour shifts
Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging
Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic EMR
Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
Participate in emergency response team assignments as required, including during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
Active ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required; state license is not required
Current BLS certification required
Hands-on experience with Siemens MRI equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Level 1 Trauma center experience preferred
Experience working in a Magnet-designated or teaching hospital environment
