Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Location

Johns Creek, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor and document patient progress and report changes in condition to the care team
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
NIHSS certification
Experience with PD (per diem) nursing

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience
