Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Fremont, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Adhere to facility policies including wearing a visible photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification

Required Qualifications

Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Ability to maintain a 40-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
Experience with registry or contract-based therapy assignments
