Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
Experience working across diverse patient populations in a clinical environment
