Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Onsite | Multi-Site Coverage

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services across multiple facility locations on a rotating schedule
Deliver patient care on a split-site basis, covering various locations throughout the week
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with occupational therapy standards of practice
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient encounters
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Illinois
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current NBCOT certification
Ability to travel to and work across multiple facility locations as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Experience managing a caseload across multiple sites simultaneously
