Job Title

RN - Obstetrics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 36–48 Hours per Week | 7 On / 7 Off Schedule

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care within a Labor and Delivery unit, including postpartum, newborn nursery, and mother-baby settings
Monitor and assess patients throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
Care for newborns in the nursery and support mother-baby couplet care
Rotate weekend shifts as scheduled
Flex to Med/Surg coverage when OB census is low

Required Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum of 2 years of OB nursing experience
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Comfort and ability to work Med/Surg when OB unit census is low

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Paragon electronic charting system
Familiarity with high-acuity Labor and Delivery environments
