Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 or 48 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shifts
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
• Participate in required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing
• Work at least every other holiday as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical Telemetry experience
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• No open background case or license hits; all required certifications must be active with nothing pending

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single location
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from assignments within the past 12 months
