Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist license required
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting required
  • Ability to commit to a 14-day notice policy
  • Ability to work 5x8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior travel therapy experience in a SNF environment
  • Strong documentation and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams
