Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting required
- Ability to commit to a 14-day notice policy
- Ability to work 5x8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience in a SNF environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams
