Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location

Rice Lake, WI

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services across both acute inpatient and outpatient settings
Evaluate and treat patients with diagnoses including dysphagia, cognitive decline, CVA, and Parkinson's disease
Perform Video Swallow Studies as part of dysphagia management
Manage a caseload of approximately three to six patients per day
Participate in onsite orientation on day one with support from other SLPs in the system as needed
Clock in and out at the facility per department requirements

Required Qualifications

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience recommended
Experience in both acute inpatient and outpatient speech-language pathology settings
Proficiency in dysphagia management and Video Swallow Studies

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience treating neurological conditions such as CVA and Parkinson's disease
Familiarity with cognitive-communication disorders and related interventions
Prior experience in a hospital or health system environment
