Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
Serve as a professional resource person for patients, families, and care team members
Apply knowledge of patient needs relative to the ages of the population served
Demonstrate self-motivation and professionalism in all aspects of nursing practice

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Montana or compact state eligibility
Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work rotating shifts as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting
Familiarity with caring for diverse patient age groups
