Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting to restore or maintain functional independence
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Washington
Current NBCOT certification
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with SNF documentation and billing requirements including MDS/PDPM
