Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract commitment with 40-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
