Description

Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Location

Frisco, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Level II/III NICU setting
Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill neonatal patients
Float to other Women's Services units (such as Mother/Baby) as needed
Flex to an alternate facility location when census is low, as outlined in contract terms

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of four (4) years of Level III NICU experience
Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (address verification via current Driver's License required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working across multiple Women's Services units
Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient census demands across facilities
