Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Observation units as part of a float pool, with the possibility of working in two different units within a single 12-hour shift based on census needs.
• Monitor and care for patients with medical, surgical, and telemetry diagnoses, including those requiring cardiac monitoring.
• Document patient care and clinical information using the Cerner electronic health record system.
• Relieve staff assigned to the Avasure remote video monitoring system during breaks and meals as needed.
• Participate in bed meetings and unit placement assignments based on facility needs.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts — must be in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry settings.
• Cardiac experience required.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system also considered.
• First-time travel nurses with 2–3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
