Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care and clinical standards
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
Prior experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
Compliance with all onboarding and documentation requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Strong documentation and time management skills
