Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel / Contract
Location
Dallas, TX
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with Saturday shifts as needed | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient rehabilitation unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical notes using facility EMR systems (ProDoc, ProTouch)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient rehabilitation and discharge planning
- Float to other units as determined by facility needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Texas
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Availability for Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday shifts as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in physical therapy preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility setting
- Familiarity with ProDoc and/or ProTouch EMR systems
