Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services in a mixed inpatient and outpatient setting
Focus primarily on inpatient physical therapy care and treatment
Conduct inpatient evaluations as needed to support the outpatient therapy team
Deliver therapy services Monday through Friday on 8-hour day shifts

Required Qualifications

Active Oklahoma state Physical Therapy license required at time of submission
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required at time of submission
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience performing inpatient physical therapy evaluations
Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including a 4-day workweek if needed
