Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Location

Roswell, New Mexico

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
Float to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical departments as needed, with Stepdown ratios of 1:3–4
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
Participate in on-call requirements as assigned (infrequently needed)
Adhere to holiday scheduling requirements, including at least one winter holiday
Work within a 16-bed unit managing a mix of ICU, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical overflow patients

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current NIHSS certification
Ability and willingness to float to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical departments

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Cerner EMR
Prior travel nursing experience
Comfort working in a mixed-acuity environment including ICU and Stepdown patients
