Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Key Responsibilities

Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
Deliver outpatient physical therapy services during day shift hours
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals and outcomes
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
Participate in orientation as scheduled and adhere to facility protocols and procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of previous Physical Therapist experience required
At least 1 completed travel contract required
Active Iowa state Physical Therapist license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
Experience with Epic EMR required
Valid Driver's License required
Taxable home address must be located outside of 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

Copies of relevant certifications on file
Skills checklist completed within the past year
At least one supervisory reference available at time of submission
