Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nuclear medicine studies including Cardiac, HIDA, Gastric Emptying, Parathyroid, Thyroid, Thyroid Therapy, and DAT scans
• Operate GE and Siemens imaging equipment within a 4-scanner/room department
• Conduct an average of 6–10 scans/studies per day in a high-paced environment
• Utilize EPIC EMR and Synapse/PACS systems for image acquisition, archiving, and communication
• Start and manage IV access as required for nuclear medicine procedures
• Adhere to department dress code requirements; solid-color scrubs, no prints or graphics

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience working in a high-paced Nuclear Medicine department
• Proficiency with IV placement and administration
• Availability for weekend, holiday, and call/standby assignments
• Must be present in state for the full week of department-specific orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with GE and Siemens nuclear medicine imaging equipment
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and Synapse/PACS platforms
• Experience performing the full range of studies including DAT and Thyroid Therapy
