Job Title

Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Location

Boston, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 36 or 48 hours per week | Every other weekend and holidays required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols within the ED environment

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 4 years of RN experience
Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience
Minimum of 1 year of Level 1 emergency department experience
Availability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in high-volume or academic medical center emergency departments
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in high-acuity environments
