Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established physical therapy standards and care plans
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Compliance with all facility credentialing and registry personnel requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Familiarity with documentation systems used in clinical or rehabilitation settings
