Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities
Document patient information for evaluation in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements
Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans, schedules, and home exercise programs
Analyze and record therapeutic progress of patients and recommend necessary adjustments to treatment
Follow established guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures throughout the therapy process

Required Qualifications

Active Minnesota state Physical Therapist license required
Education level appropriate for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an outpatient or peak performance/sports medicine setting
Valid driver's license (may be required depending on assignment specifics)
